Join us as Jillian Sidoti, a local securities attorney (and more!) shares how you can supercharge your private money-raising by changing your perspective and learn about the cast of characters in the world of private money.

She’ll cover:

Who your (potential) investors are and how you should treat them.

What investors are looking for.

What you need to know about the “law” and how to treat and respect it.

Who the villains and enemies are when it comes to private money raising and how to avoid them.

At the end of this talk, you will know the first steps you need to take for becoming a private money superhero!


Jillian Sidoti is an attorney who specializes in transactional legal matters such as private placement memorandums, Form 10′s, S-1′s, Regulation D filings, trademarks, copyrights, NDA’s, and contractual matters. Jillian also spends her time speaking at seminars educating real estate investors on how to legally raise capital for their real estate investment projects.

Jillian teaches Finance and Accounting for the BS and MBA programs at the University of Redlands, drawing on her experience as Financial Analyst, Controller, and CFO for many companies from manufacturing to real estate development. Jillian also teaches a Small Business Management class where students are taught the anatomy of a business plan.
